Professional Results
At this point you may be wondering what is going to be required of you while the site is under development. We do our best to take as much of the burden and headache away from you as possible and make it an enjoyable and exciting experience. During the initial design meeting, we will sit down with you and listen to all your ideas, requests, and requirements for your new web site. This will give us a good idea of the direction we need to go with your design. From there, we will begin the initial templating phase of your design. At this point we will be creating the actual design and style of your new site. We will be playing with different colors, different layouts, and different styles to find the one that best represents your business. It is at this point in the design process that you will be the most heavly involved. You will have access to the site on our development server and be able to look in on the progress as we go along and change any part of the design that you do not like. Once the design template is finished we will begin creating the individual pages and sections of your site, and it will be at this point that one of your most important contributions is required. We will need all of the paragraphs, documents, images, phone numbers, and addresses that you want included on your web site. Once all the individual web pages are complete it is time to proof read and finialize the design. While we try our very best to eliminate any typos or errors, it is always nice to have extra eyes to spot errors. So we ask that you give your final aproval of the site before it goes live. Once your site is live our work does not end there. It is at this point that the most important part of the process takes place: the search engine optimization of your website. We design your web site from the begining with your page's search engine ranking in mind, but it is not until the site goes live that we can see exactly where we rank in search results. Once we get your initial rank on search engines estabilished we do everything necessary to get your site as close to top of the search engine results as possible.

Oklahoma Well Log Library
Client Profile
The Oklahoma Well Log Library is a non-profit company established to provide information to businesses in the oil and
natural gas resource development industry. The library is a member only private library that houses vast stores of
drilling and resource development information that dates back to the oil capital days. The library is located in
downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma and currently serves over 250 members.
About The Project
The library commissioned us to design an informational web site that could be used to help draw new members to the
library as well as be used as an on-line card catalog in the future. Their main concern was developing a web site that
would be easy to use for their membership, most of whom are not technically savy. They requested no use of flash or any
other web technologies that would require the installation of plug-ins on the clients computer. The over all design of
the site is subdued and professional while still maintaining a modern look and feel. The site is still under developmet
due to a lack of content from the client. The card catalog portion of the web site will be completed once the library
has converted thier existing paper collection to a digital system.

Arrow, OK. Comprised of a strong leadership made up of experienced individuals from various leading pipe-line service
companies and knowledegable well trained staff Trinity Precision Flow Control is set to be one of the world's leading
pipe-line services companies. Trinity supplies pipe-line valves and services over the entire globe and maintains a
stock of equipment valued in the millions of dollars at all times in order to serve it clients more quickly.
About The Project
Trinity commissioned us to create a professional looking website to help with marketing their company. Their requests
were simple: Make it easy to use, Don't require plug-ins for the client, and have it done in 30 days. We accomplished
all three. By utilizing java-script in place of flash elements we were able to provide the same dynamic content and
multi-media experience without the need for plug-ins. The home page showcases an image gallery for dislaying images of
products the company sells and the services page provides a flash-like experience of dynamic content using java-script
which requires no page loads to switch between service descriptions.

supply companies in the area.
About The Project
Industrial Splicing and Sling had two major objectives to accomplish with their website: "Make it easy to see and
easy to navigate". Mission Accomplished. Our contact at Industrial Splicing was very involved not only with the
content of the site, but also the design. As a result the client recieved a web site that completely fit their
personality and is a slight departure from our normal style. We made use of a few Ajax elements on the services
page as well as a simple contact form. Phase two of this site (which is currently under development) is a full
on-line catalog with a shopping cart and customer login to allow different customers to see different discount
rates on prices.

Ash Kroft Designs is the premier home builder in the Coweta area. With 25 years of experience in the home building
market Ash Kroft Designs has built a strong reputation as a quality home builder. Ash Kroft Designs leadership also
feels a strong attachment to their home town of Coweta and is involved in many organizations in the town. They used
their numerous contacts in the construction industry to organize the building of the Coweta Vision Home, a series of
project homes built for families in need.
About The Project
Ash Kroft Designs came to us with little idea of what they wanted from their web site. We sat down with them in our
initial design meeting to learn about their business and figure out the best use for their site. Together we decided
on a page with their various floor plans as well as a seperate page with interior design images to allow their clients
to get some ideas on what they want their new home to look like. From a technical standpoint we wanted to do something
a little different with this site. To that end we developed this entire site with Ajax. This allows the whole site to
be viewed with no page loads between pages.
